You still need to get experience orbs, so at night, turn on hard to get a ton of mobs, then fly around with a diamond sword, killing everything and taking its drops. After a full night you'll have roughly 3 levels or more, enough for at least three enchantments! Repeatedly remove the item in/out from the space until you get a rune that says "1" and then click it, and you'll get an enchanted item! Remember to get a new sword/ tool before you do that, though, so you get max good looks.
