Firstly, I don't see an age change request. Second, the fact's are you lied, and it is our policy if we catch you with the wrong birth year you will be Permanently banned, as referenced by Wooty. Lastly, it is Wooty who has the last say here, if he says you will not be unbanned, you will not be unbanned. Accept it and continue on with life.
