Well, in order to learn how to use a program, you need to experiment with it I guess.
First time actually using GIMP (basic usage) and I managed to turn this:

Also, my desktop has ponies everywhere and no-one really cares. My parents have known I was a brony since Day One. I told them I'd try the show out back in October. Turns out I liked it, and I they now allow me to catch the livestreams every Saturday at 10 PM and it's kind of a casual, normal thing. I think hiding is just gonna make things awkward for you
