It appears that Opticraft has found a way to bypass the required server uptime reset on the multiplayer list at minecraft.net

Mojang has no good way to submit complaints about classic, which I find very frustrating. If anyone (probably Wooty) has a way to get in contact with a worker at mojang who can actually pull some weight and do something, please inform them of this problem.

The multiplayer server list is reset in order to keep the playing field level between the servers. Opticraft has given themselves an unfair advantage which needs to be dealt with.

Please tell me your opinions on this and what we can do to solve the problem.

Alright alright I know I'm supposed to treat this seriously.

I guess make a thread on minecraftforums? I do believe the staff at mojang checks the minecraft forums quite often.
