Live Feed
The equipment for the live feed has been re-worked this year, giving better video quality, and (hopefully) better reception than at PAX 2011. The video unit for this year requires a power outlet, and is thus only (semi-)mobile. Hopefully, we will be able to broadcast the contents of some of the panels.(And we won't forget any USB Mini-b cables...)

Hotel Rules
  • Don't be a dick.
  • Attendees under 21 are NOT permitted to drink. Period.
  • Try to keep vomiting to a minimum
  • Showering daily is a requirement (<strike>Crane is also bringing</strike> Bring extra soap to pelt people with, in case they are exceptionally smelly)
  • In case of emergency, the person carrying the most electronics/alcohol gets to exit first. (Right after the womenfolk and children)
  • Be a friend and bring a POWERSTRIP
  • There is to be no pooping of any kind in the bathtubs or on the floors. Number Two in the lobby bathrooms only!
  • No sleeping in the nude.

Train Rules
  • Don't Be A Dick
  • Just don't. Play nice, children. And if you don't like someone, don't start shit.
  • Don't be an ass to the Amtrak staff
  • Train staffers are generally pretty cool and will let us do what we want with little explanation. Be nice to them, and if they tell you to do something, do it.
  • Don't be a loud prick
  • Other people may be sleeping in other cars. Or whatever. Noise discipline: Be quiet in the coach areas and sleeper cars, be polite in the dining cars and don't try to overrun areas during the day if other people are using it.
  • Don't be a freak to kids
  • When kids are around, mind your tongue. Pretend Mommy's right behind you. Don't give anyone a reason to complain about PAXTrain.
  • Don't get too hammered. Public intoxication laws apply, even on a train.
