points made for using skills

the points u make when completing a map with skills is a lil 2 much, i mean the time it takes to complete a map, if u had hook u can do it 3 times within the same time. and sometimes you end up getting more points using skills within that time then if u used no skills. people need to complete these maps legitly and get the points they deserve
