We write it multiple ways. On government forms, job appilcations and other things like that, it's MM/DD/YYYY such as 02/26/1994. At school and when we are taking notes, or on cover letters, it's Feburary or Feb. 26th, 2011. There's also the DD/MM/YYYY format which is 26/02/1994 but that's rarely used.
not rarely.. well, maybe in the anglophone areas of the counrty. here, we write it dd/mm/yyyy
