Profile and Post Preview Update

I've added support for emoticons in profile posts, so go show a friend some love by posting a on their profile page. Hopefully, they'll appreciate it and return the favor.

Actually, I find it way more necessary to get notifications of blogs you commented on. I mean, that's a nice new feature, but could you please add the notifications? Thanks
