Question on 1.3

i have heard some rumors that as soon as 1.3 hits, there will be a new main world on survival... is this true? and if so, will we get to keep the stuff in our inventories? i want to know so i can prepare for 1.3

I would think there would be a wipe. Seems logical. I think woot do mention on wiping the mining world soon. All the new items will be available and if woot does do so I am pretty sure he will give people a day or two heads up to get their stuff out of the world before he does. At least that's what I think would happen.

The (main) world will be expanded, not wiped, just sayin'.

The mining world will be wiped, but no one knows when that will happen. It's supposed to be wiped on a somewhat regular basis.

Also, I don't know where these rumors keep coming from. It's actually beginning to become annoying.

Due to the amount of time before 1.3 released, TONS of shit is clustered together around spawn. It is acceptable for a few spawn cities and WorldHub to be near spawn, but when almost EVERYONE is near spawn, that is where I draw the line.

To be honest, I would like to start again, but with Multiverse, I think he can just have everyone move to another world, regen spawn world with 1.3 large biomes, and we all go back.

Why are we calling a wipe so early now when everyone was saying they didn't want to wipe only recently?
I mean, I'm inherently biased because of WH, but that's kinda the point.
