Rank Transfer, Anyone?

So it's me, thehotmail. So I randomly type /info thehotmail and I view another account on my IP. That account is ilikeMW3. I am currently Builder rank on thehotmail account. I was wondering, can I have ilikeMW3 as a builder too? Or will I have to earn Builder on ilikeMW3 as well?

If you're asking for a rank transfer, that means that the account 'thehotmail' will be guest and 'ilikemw3' will be builder.

If you're asking for ilikemw3 to be builder as well, that won't happen. That account will have to reach Builder, like everyone else.
