I looked on the T9K map and there's quite a few people on the server, probably because they didn't leave the server when the update was released.
I actually almost hope for a server wipe.Colton, there is an edit button on your post, if you have something to add to your post, please use this feature rather than double or triple posting.
Also, if Wooty is deciding on updating to this newest version of MC then it may warrant a new server wipe completely. The key word being MAY, it is not guaranteed. we would need to see how it affects the current world, as it may screw with the current terrain of key areas, such as current towns because of adding new biomes.
All in all, we need to wait to see what is happening, and as Aetherrack has stated, there is no current recommended build for bukkit on the new release yet.
There is a better chance that this was just a normal server crash and will be back online when Wooty can get around to re-booting it.
You have the choice to update it!
I actually almost hope for a server wipe.
I once asked Wooty if a change in terrain generation code implied an impending wipe, and he said no.I actually almost hope for a server wipe.

t9k is down, for some reason other servers work even with the update!
well it could be hosted by a different server perhaps? Anyway someone should ask an admin I guess
dosnt even give me a choice to update, dosnt even say theres 1When I opened up minecraft, it said there was an update, apparently, they added jungle biomes, fixed the zombie AI, made vines climbable, and put collision back on ladders, you can also now breed wolvesThis may be the reason why the server's down.
Same for me, no update to find anywhere, seems like they are just about to release it thoughdosnt even give me a choice to update, dosnt even say theres 1
