So, can we get an update as to what exactly the downtime has done to aid in the future of the site?

Our three primary servers (web, Wooty, launch) have reached end of serviceable life. The data and ip blocks are being transferred to new faster machines, and I'm taking the opportunity to migrate from debian to ubuntu at the same time.

And we're back. Other services will begin coming up slowly as the day progresses.
Things will feel sluggish until I get the Wooty surge offloaded.

I have once again come to the conclusion that the site is back up. However, I have also assessed the situation and confirmed suspicions that yes, the site feels rather slow at the moment.
