My first server suggestion is a ranking mod, maybe a vault addon to count how many #1's people have so when you type /rank it'll show how many #1's you have on the server. I think this might help make the server more competitive.

I'll add to this thread when I think of other ways to help the ranking system
 
I aggree with drunken also...
I also think that maybe there should be like double point day, where one day on each month it is a double pt day where you are able to get double the amount that you would from its normal point value :)
