Protip: Build a NICE hotel. Like a MASSIVE one. On cool.
Or a cool underground builders hangout. They are always good for looks.

Also If you are doing sprites try to make them a bit bigger if you can.
It adds more detail and then they look A LOT better.

Also Do you have WoM?

Try defining the outline more. And looks like charmander lost his flame on the tail. Honestly, works made from spritecraft only looks good when its more than 60x60 in size, otherwise it just looks like a low resolution picture.
