They had been up the last week for test 3, I think they went down a couple days ago to implement alpha test 4.

Ok, just updated everything to test 4 today. I think everyone is able to participate now.

I've played this today for the first time in months and I'm really pleased as they've clearly tweaked it a lot since earlier alphas and it actually runs a decent framerate in full screen on my PC now yay!
