Basically, the SlenderMAN is a really skinny, pedophilic Mr. Fantastic-Doc Ock who loves to creep on people at night and in general cause harm, injuries, hallucinations, occasional kidnappings, and scare the living crap out of those who stumble upon him. (He also has a series revolved around him!)

I wanted to review this before I posted it, but yeah:
Fun story: I was once sitting in a cafeteria for dinner, and the conversation came to "how would you mark yourself if you didn't have a marker" or something similar. I joked that you could use a knife to make a small scratch on your skin or something. When I got up to leave, I shit you not, my arm had a small, fresh cut on it. I don't remember making it, and it didn't even occur to me to do it on purpose (would just be kind of pathetic).
