It would makes sense the only way one could possibly hit Alt+f4 simultaneously without any other keys interfering would be if one were to have one's nose make contact with the alt key and one's forehead to hit the f4 key. Having said that, your forehead must be pointy... I challenge anyone to replicate these results.
