My problem is that Barzo doesn't have the build count or hours for builder....you on the other hand do. I couldn't promote him but i could you though i know you say you build together he is extremely short on both those counts.
Keep up the good work. maybe let Barzo do most of the heavy lifting on the next major build

I know... I'm completely fine with postponing my promotion until Barzo is capable of getting his. And from the last time we checked, he was a little over half of the hours, so, by the time he gets to the hours, he will most likely have the build count as well. 
So, until that time comes, do not promote me because we'd like to be promoted together and besides, i love building
