I just finished reading the review of Star Wars: The Complete Saga Blu-Ray on IGN.com and have mixed emotions about possibly buying the set. Has anyone on here purchased it, yet? What are your opinions about the set?
Personally, I am very tempted to purchase the set. One reason being that I do not have episodes 1-3 on DVD at all, and secondly because I would love to see all of the extra deleted scenes. I have the originial trilogy on DVD, and my Blu-Ray player upconverts those to a higher quality, and they look pretty good, so I can imagine what they would look convereted to Blu-Ray. Although, I have seen shows/movies converted to Blu-Ray when they weren't filmed in HD and the quality is noticeable (especially when it comes to blacks, for some reason), and (without intending to sound snobbish) it detracts a bit from watching the disc, and I get distracted because I start looking for the flaws or differences in quality.
