Steam issue with Saints Row III

I keep getting errors when trying to launch Saints Row III on steam. Every other game launches fine, but SR3 Doesn't launch and gives me "Saint's Row: the Third cannot be launched" In a Windows message. It won't work, and it worked fine before,

I'll try it. I'll get back in a few minutes to tell if it works.
Edit: Still doesn't work.
