Alrighty I've been trying to buy GOTY Fallout 3 from the steam sale that ends in less than an hour and the payment page either wont open, pops up with an error, or partially loads. Is it a steam problem or am I just screwed?
EDIT: I managed to get it to load but now I get a transaction error...
