can steam be used on more than one cpu for the same account at a time i have a laptop and a desktop and wanna be able to access steam whenever a reply will be awesome
 
Yes, but you have to get a code from your E-mail and enter it in every time you change computer.

Just sign in on your other computer, It'll explain more there.
