Generally before promoting any user, the promoter will check the history of the creation to verify if they are valid (All blocks created and destroyed contain user information), if time logged on the server or build/delete count does not correlate with what is presented then of course we will look further into the matter.
Naturally, users do slip by from time to time, so if you ever feel another user has blatantly stolen your work and are well aware of it, then by all means, report it. Doing so will greatly help us out in moderating the ranking system and prevent those who have ulterior motives (To grief ranked worlds, to get a free ride, etc.) in gaining rank.

Someone will see it, don't worry. The admins wouldn't miss it. Your work is great as well. I saw some of it in-game, you seem very productive and i personally think you would make a fine Cool rank. 
Good luck and shame on whoever stole the other person's work. I don't think that should ever be tolerated and I'm glad we have such a nice history system and great Engineer+ ranks to make sure nothing slips through as best as they can.

In the future, please refrain from expressing this kind of attitude that you put forth in your application linked above. It makes the administration not want to rank you if you try to force the rank onto yourself. We do have building standards here, and these standards are much more prevalent in applying for Builder.

I do not understand why anyone would be showing negativity towards Tang13. First someone stole his work and he had to call someone out on the forums, which I am sure is nerve wracking and rather not fun. And then someone who is not even a deciding factor in the promotion process shoots down his more than qualified promotion application.

If it were me who got their work stolen, I'd flip out and inform people like Tang did IMMEDIATELY. I don't like the fact that people are mooching off of other people's hard work.

I spoke with Cash already, i apologized for my behavior but you have to understand, for my very first build, i was incredibly proud of what i made. All of the time and effort i put into it, just for some dude to come tell me it wasnt good enough for Cool, it kind of upset me, and no offense but its better than what most people submit for rank ups. I understand you have standards, ill abide by em, but that guy had no space for telling me i didnt rank up if he isnt a promoter.
