The Creepypasta Halloween Thread

It's that time of year. Ghosts, goblins and political debates. The wind howls, a floorboard creaks, and somewhere, someone is shitting a brick.
So let's get creepy this month, and share and discuss our favorite creepypasta and scary pictures. Try to stick to forum rules, though.
So c'mon! Let's get creepy!

(OP is not responsible for any bricks shat after viewing this thread)

Taken at Raynham Hall in England, thought to be a ghost known as 'the brown lady'.

tumblr_lw4vcpRzKA1qk96fpo1_500.jpg

Demonic entity photographed during a séance at Retchford House, 1933.

The medium, Elizabeth Stolwort, had been reported missing a week after the events that night and was eventually found in a woodland nearby her home. Massive blood loss was the cause of death due to several deep lacerations across the body and both eyes had been violently gouged out. Others who had attended the sitting suffered from mental breakdowns or hallucinations, two had commited suicide.

The Retchford house was known as a cursed abode. Murder, madness and even black magic was connected to this haunted place where 78 years ago a séance destroyed the lives of six curious people and their psychic hostess.

I had an imaginary friend that was really my moms older sister that died at birth whose name was edna and looked like my aunts toddler pictures, my friends name was eddy. Anyone who says ghosts don't exist I will eat you for breakfast.

Edit: to add, I was two and I could dress myself fully, matched, tied shoes. And I would say "Eddy helped me" one day I said eddy left and that she said I don't need her, after that I couldn't dress myself at all.. But don't worry, I know how to now.

I had an invisible brother named Seti. One day, I went up to my dad and told him Seti and I lived in a cave in Egypt and that we were sculptors. Years later, I found out that sculptors who worked on temples did in fact live in caves while on the job. Weird, right?

There's a website called Shadowlands.net that has lots of local paranormal stories. It's worth a look. You click your state and it has a list.
There's an area around where I live that everyone calls Gravity Hill, if you put your car in neutral and turn off the headlights, the car will roll up the hill seemingly on its own. Creepy, right?

I go there a lot! When I was 15 I submitted a story to them. It's on the bottom of page 303 in the Real Experiences section. I was such a noob! Read it, and you'll know what Faerie was like as a teenager. I also enjoy reading the haunted places index, that's how I found out a school I used to go to was haunted. It always did weird me out!

It's not a creepypasta thread without Who Was Phone!

Eat this pasta:
"In rural southern Illinois a toy company began selling "realistic" baby dolls to expectant mothers. But apparently after the mother had her child the toy baby would start crying. Eventually the "rocking motion" advertised to calm it down wouldn't work, and you couldn't get it to stop without shaking it. Eventually when it started crying the parent would have to beat it, and the beatings and thrashings would have to get harder and harder to get it to be quiet. The only thing that seemed to shut the baby doll up permanently was the bash its head against the wall to destroy whatever mechanism triggered the crying. On more than one occasion though, neighbors called the authorities to report child abuse, and when the police arrived they found the bloody remains of infants smeared across the walls and the floor. In most cases the mother couldn't understand why the police were there, she just "got rid of the stupid doll" as she rocked a baby-shaped bundle in her arms."

"For a brief period in 1971, a New Jersey based company sold novelty "x-ray" glasses through the mail via advertisements in the Marvel line of comic books. People who viewed their televisions while wearing these glasses reported seeing images that were "hellish" or "like Hell". It should be noted that this phenomena occurred whether the televisions in question were turned on or not. The company quickly went out of business and investigations reveal that the company's address leads to an old graveyard that had been abandoned decades before."

Not related to the above pastas but...shit:

And I hate to double post, but let's bring this back...

Benjamin Franklin creepypasta, not so much scary as it is interesting:
A mason, Benjamin Franklin's links to occult secret societies have long been known. In the clip below, the History Channel talks about his involvement in the Hellfire Club, a secret society that conducted black masses and orgies. These bizarre, occult practices are still going on today in secret societies like the Bohemian club. In 1998, workmen restoring Franklin's London home dug up the remains of six children and four adults hidden below the home. The London Times reported on February 11, 1998:

"Initial estimates are that the bones are about 200 years old and were buried at the time Franklin was living in the house, which was his home from 1757 to 1762, and from 1764 to 1775. Most of the bones show signs of having been dissected, sawed or cut. One skull has been drilled with several holes. Paul Knapman, the Westminster Coroner, said yesterday: "I cannot totally discount the possibility of a crime. There is still a possibility that I may have to hold an inquest."

We have one of those here as well. Not very fair away. We went as a family once. It was pretty cool. My dad spent the rest of the time we were there trying to scientifically figure out why it did that. Still cool know.

I know one of the houses my one aunt lived in, she believed it was haunted. All kinds of crazy stuff went on there she said. Kept trying to get a team of some sort to go there and look into it. I know my cousin was part of one. Don't remember what all happened out of that. I wish I could remember what all she said about it. Was pretty interesting.

We have a Gravity Hill in Vermont, near the Canadian Border. Fucked if I can remember which town it is though.

I've seen that one lurking about the interwebs. It's considered one of the best ghost captures out there and is rarely disputed as a fake. Keep the creepy coming.

I don't know if this is real or not. But it scares the tits off of me. Really. It creeps me right the fuck out.

I don't even like posting it, that's how much it wigs me out. It's probably not real, I know, I got the photo from ghoststudy.com and they tend to debunk photos, they did not debunk this, in fact they had very little info on it.
