I recently got a cute little brown Doberman puppy, no pics yet, but he is 9 weeks old and loves to crash into glass doors and eat flowers. His name is Thor and his legs are too long for his little body at the moment. We are deciding not to clip his ears so they are big and silly. He is the cutest thing EVER

*hugs* Awww, I'm sorry, love. It really is hard to lose a pet, but at least she isn't hurting anymore.
Yea that's what I'm thinking. It really hurts cause she was my baby and all. Also sucks that I couldn't be there to hold her one last time as she fell into that sleep that she would never wake from.
She's in a better place now.
Vet also said for a female cat that never birthed, never got vaccinated or followed by a vet that it doesn't happen too often for a cat to live that long, considering most die of that breast cancer by the age of 10-11..
This is also the first time I lose a pet by death.. Will be hard, but I gotta stay strong :D

Just remember the good times you had with her. It's hard, I'm still hurting over losing my Kirby Monster. It's gonna hurt for a while, but always remember she's at peace, and you loved her and she loved you.

Damn, this thread is pretty depressing to me. Sorry to hear about everyone's losses. :/

I have had some pretty hard hitting losses with pets, these past two years, but I'm not going to get into that right now. But as of right now, I got two Chiwawas(I know thats not how you spell that), one Male and one Female, both fixed. And I have a Male Black Cat, unfixed for now, that my mom got when I was gone this past summer for 2½ months. He's like 4, maybe 5 months old now. I don't know the breed cause I'm not good at telling what breed is what with cats. So I have 2 dogs and 1 cat. Every now and then I'll see a mouse in my house but my cat is quick to fix that problem.

I'll post pics when I get on my computer.
