The problem with a user-editable wiki...

is that it's a user-editable wiki.

Is there a way to limit wiki edits to a certain status on the forums, say for example New Members can't do anything but view it, Well-Known Members get user-rollback and page deletion powers? If you want a wiki essentially controlled by the community, the community should have a bit more power. Pretty sure the Well-Known Members are responsible and respectful enough of the community to be reasonably respectable in their control, if this is the route you take.

Not that i dont support some sort of forum moderation or website moderation besides sonic.. I know a few well-known members that are totally unreliable.

Honestly, I can't think of any that actually disrespect the Team9000 community enough to abuse powers like that.

I never use the Wiki but i'm all up for this idea. Also I don't think that any "Well-Known members" would mess the Wiki up.But if there was one and that person went ahead with it I would say that we give them a temp ban then if they do it again a perm ban.

Have you looked around at all the Well-Knowns? I wouldn't trust a good portion of them

If anybody sticks around long enough to become Well-Known, but has a serious lack of respect for the server, I would be surprised. You're all talk now, but when the punishment is a permanent forum ban....
