TimeSplitters Rewind Approved

So I seem to be late to the game here, but I learned that this is actually a thing. The TimeSplitters franchise was amazing and I spent a lot of time on these games. Hopefully these guys can pull this off, and we can see some awesome multiplayer action here in Team9000.

What are your thoughts on this T9Kers?

If these fans can keep the TimeSplitters feel in their own version, I would be ecstatic to see another TimeSplitters. I absolutely adored TimeSplitters 2 and spent a ton of time enjoying the silly, yet action packed game with my friends. I'm also happy to hear they are keeping the challenge modes. Trying to get through those cooperatively with friends was always a blast.

I loved Timesplitters, it was a fun shooter and I loved the guy with the fishbowl head. Had it for Ps2.

I found a couple devlogs from the project leader of TimeSplitters: Rewind. It says gameplay, but is really more him just talking about the game.

I also found this article concerning Rewind getting on Playstation 4, and allowing crossplay with the PC.

as long as they bring back the monkey as a playable character and allowing the ability to dual wield tommy guns in multiplayer...the game will be worth getting...just for that alone.
