Top 10 favourite Games... OF ALL TIME.

Simple, just list your top 10 favourite games of all time. Any console, any developer. You can also write a short description if you wish. (I got this idea from rsmv's favourite Gamecube game list.)

10. Sonic Adventure Battle 2
- My favourite Sonic game. Even though i had to deal with questionable voice acting and background music this game is still awesome. Although the ending was kind of disappointing for me.

9. The Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of Time
- Another great Zelda game. Some people consider this the greatest, but i don't. That being said, this still one hell of a game with one hell of a story. This is another game that took the world by storm and will not be forgotten. After all, Nintendo has gotten me to buy this game 5 times. (HOW?)

8. Super Mario 64
- It took the world by storm. One of the best 3D oriented games of all time. Mario 64 didn't have much of a story, like most other Mario games. You go to peaches castle and bowser decides to ruin the party... again. Amazing levels and unique bosses make this a game you can miss.

7. Halo 2
- The best FPS to date. Amazing online. A very interesting look at the enemies side of the story, and Master chief is just a plain badass. With a large array of weaponry, seamless duel-wielding, and perfect gameplay... this is the best shooter of all time in my books.

6. Fallout 3
- Fallout 3. Oblivion... with guns and everything else you could ask for in a game. The world makes you feel tiny and scared. Then you feel like you're helping people while doing the main quest. A very breath-taking and unexpected masterpiece.

5. The Legend of Zelda, Skyward Sword
- This has the nicest art style of any Zelda game and the best looking character models. Not to mention an amazing story and a real connection to Zelda for the first time.

4. Super Mario Sunshine
- My favourite Mario game. Best story to any Mario game, great levels, and the coolest thing to go on anyone's back, Fludd. This is a great game, with great extra levels as well.

3. Minecraft
- Although i have just started playing Minecraft this year, I've dug myself in so deep that i can't get out. I find myself playing hours on end thinking "Just a few more minutes then I'll go do something". By the time i was done playing, i would realize that it was dark out so i would continue to play. An amazingly addicting and fascinating game indeed.

2. The Legend of Zelda, Majoras Mask
- Truly the greatest Zelda game. With a different and elegant 3-day time setup, the game makes you scared, and worried that you might not accomplish what you need to accomplish. It is also the scariest game in the Zelda series and the BEN story (Google it) made it even worse. Truly an amazing game.

1. The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
- Oblivion... Simply the best game ever created. With huge, breath taking quest-lines, beautiful scenery, and the best main story i have ever experienced, this game deserves nothing less than first.

I just spent the last 3 hours playing Halo 2 with little on pc. That was the most fun I have had in 3 hours then I have had in the past month.

While I respect your opinion I entirely disagree. Halo 2 was fucking incredible and still is.

8. Mx Unleashed and Mx vs Atv Unleashed - Such great games. The sequels suck though.

7. Minecraft. Lord knows how much time I have spent on this damn game

6. Super Smash Bro's: Melee - So many days playing with my friends on this. So many good times.

I completely forgot about Sonic Riders My brother went and sold it on me for like $5. I loved how it had those amazing looking cinematics then out of nowhere went to a shit looking game. Then the entire thing was ruined when Sonic Freeriders came out. Kinect my ass.

Due to my extremely selective palying style, I'll only mention 3 games.

Here's my list:

1) E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial (Atari, 1982)
This game was the best game I ever played in my 82 years of gaming experience. In my opinion, this game defined the entire MMO genre and this was way back in ol' '82.

2) Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing (2003)
An extremely realistic racing game that other top-selling racing games like Gran Turismo or Need for Speed can never hope to match. It was extremely fun and kept me entertained while I was recovering from a missing torso back in 2003.

3) Balls of Fury (Nintendo Wii, 2007)
An extremely hard game that required me to grab a Wii controller with my mouth and play Table Tennis against China while doing a handstand, under water, dodging machine gun fire.

1. My first game that I actually owned myself. I remember stealing entire packs of AA batteries from my parents just to play Red and Blue..and Gold and Silver... haha. Good times. :') I own every game now. That includes: red, blue, yellow, gold, silver, crystal, ruby, sapphire, emerald, diamond, pearl, platinum, black, white, black 2 jp, and i have black 2 and white 2 preordered for when they release stateside. I also have a few mystery dungeon and ranger games.
