So today while seeing what high level enchantments I could get in Creative mode, as I spawned in a diamond pick with Too Many Items, it's item id showed up as this:

None of the others had the :-32000 at the end. Anybody know what this means?
 
It might mean that the durability is infinite... or one use only. Try using it to break some blocks and see if the pick's durability goes down.
 
This is part of TMI's features. You can shift+click an item/block to get either an item with infinite durability or an endless stack of blocks.
