P.S. Just as long as Luke shows that he's not under 13 I'd believe in atleast a 2nd chance for him as long as things are cleared up with any situation that arose.

I know Luke messed up with lying, and that he proved time and time again why twelve is a "bad" age, but I've seen him get better since his banning, and I think he should be allowed a second chance.

I'm all for second chance with very light probation. Pretty much just a right to ban if you're just skimming on the edge of the rules and annoying people.

Get given a second chance and just be on your best behaviour (which you'd hopefully be doing anyway) if you slip up and do silly things, you get banned.
If you've actually changed and show all positives?
Everyone wins.

I never knew you personally, so I can't judge. But if other people I trust claim you've changed, I'd take their word for it.
So I reiterate, I'm all for it.

Personally I think that Luke has changed and should be unbanned from mumble. He has matured a lot in my opinion (based on my Facebook conversations with him).
