Wanting to create small contest... who do i talk to?

Which one of ya'll do i need to annoy to make this happen? Got a few cheap games to give away on steam, figure this could be an easy contest.

2 copies of E.Y.E
2 copies of Dungeon Defenders
2 copies of Sanctum.

Make 2 category's, winner of each one would get to pick 2 of the 3 games, the runner up gets the one the first place winner didn't want.

Topic ideas,
Make a song (I want this to happen cause I wanna see what don would do)
Pick a topic or theme and make it a "anything topic" competition.

Just my ideas.

If we can get one made.. blank contest world, typical size. Theme is music - interpret how you want (could be a musical even). Classic server only - cool+ rank required. Griefers will be shot.

First place, your choice of 2 of the games.
Second place, your choice of 2 of the games.
Third place, your choice of one of the remaining titles.
Fourth place, the remaining title.

Start 1/1/2012. End 1/7/2012. (please make this happen someone :D)
