I shall volunteer to host. I already have a fully configured server with multiworld support, bpermission set up, and a lobby. I can put up to 50 slots on it.

EDIT: Actually, I don't think I'll host, since my router won't portforward and hamachi is required to join the server, unless everyone would be able to get hamachi and connect to the network.

EDIT 2: If its July 20th, I'll have my host by then, and I can whitelist my server for a while for the event.

I'd encourage you, but if it's hamachi... Erm, there's a 5 person limit per network and unless you have like 6-7 different networks with yourself and 4 others in each, it won't turn out too well. I'm hoping your 2nd edit means that you can port forward by 20th and hamachi won't be needed.

I'm pretty sure Armadil's server was already tested, and I'm pretty sure it does not use Hamachi.

However, I too am confused on what server we plan to use (and what map we will be using).
