Hoooly shit a thread by Creeper. Who is he anyways?

So yeah, title. What do you like to listen to while you game or work? Do you guys use playlists? What are you music listening-to habits?

I like to listen to this great anime-themed internet radio station called AnimeNfo. When I play solo queue in League of Legends (particularly stressful at times) it helps calm me and stay focused.

Other times I will search up Youtube playlists. I like to listen to stuff like this.

Sometimes I use my Pandora.

Lots of choices!

Personally, I have been amassing huge playlists over they past year of a bunch of music that I listen to while I'm at school/game or do whatever really. Much of which is Vocaloid related, but I have other playlists for nightcore or anime OST's, as well as just a general "music I like" playlist usually consisting mostly of some electronic-like music.

Here are all of my playlists I listen to. Although the majority of you will probably be more interested in this one.

I listen to white noise. The sound of nothing is annoying but interesting. I also like to listen to Requiem for A Dream and other Epic Music because those too get me pumped up.

I either listen to NewRetroWave, Nero77 or other stuff that tickle my fancy.
I really do love 80s pop synth.

Tim Minchin
Men at Work
Remixes of the 'Rooftop Run' theme from Sonic games
Foo Fighters
the sound of a Nokia phone ringing on a loop
Cee Lo Green
some turbofolk now and then
Beese grunting in pleasure
The ambience of my beautiful socialist paradise I call Sydney
my own farts

You know, the usual.

This

Is so enligtening and erudite.

My horizons have been broadened by this insight.
Wow
Maybe by this "nothing", what he means is every humanly collective sound imaginable is placed in an infinitely condensed and minute void that of which creates a singularity where all the nothing he listens to exists.

Oh let's see.....

Aerosmith, Pink Floyd, Genesis, Night Ranger, Counting Crows, Gin Blossoms, Marcy playground, Deep blue something, Eagle eye cherry, Modest mouse, Muse, Steely Dan, Boston, Styx, REO Speedwagon, Meatloaf, Pearl Jam, Nine inch nails, The Cars, Creedence clearwater revival, Approaching nirvana, Pendulum, Billy Joel

Some classical music such as Pachebel's Canon in D major, Fur Elise, Eine Kliene Nachtmusik, flight of the Valkyries, etc.

I Also enjoy music that is about/set in the winter, as it's my favourite season.

Uhm, i think that just about covers it, i think.

Styx and Canon in D Major did it for me right there. Nice dude  You should try listening to the Christmas songs that Transiberian Orchestra makes like Christmas Sarajevo and their music in general like Requiem the Fifth. I like the twist they make with Classic music.

Savant and Generic Elevator music.
But thing is, I can actually watch videos while working on my autocad... that's when I watch Game of Thrones.

It shows that my work does not necessarily require complete attention for long periods of time.. like open heart surgery, or driving a taxi... at least I hope it remains this way :D
Pffft, since when did open heart surgery ever require full attention? All you have to do is drill, poke, and remove :p
