nevermind, i changed it.
 
To be anything related to the 90's and experence it properly, the LATEST you can be is born in 1995, I just scrape the barrle by age but I did most of the things my bro did, who was born in 1992.

That doesn't mean younger people still haven't played those games but I see your point. They didn't experience the time period.

The definition of nostalgia is: a wistful desire to return in thought or in fact to a former time in one's life. If they didn't live it, they can't be nostalgic about it.
