I cannot say word Woot would say himself, but he is much more mature than most newcomers. Possibly, but be isn't as disrespectful as most 13-15 Y/O's. But then again, at 9 years of age all you know is to be respectful. So it's a bit of a yes and no to your question.

I know those kinds of people. They go to my school. And make up about 99% of its population.
