Why was I banned?

I checked my promotion application this morning and said I was banned for rascism? I'd like to know how I can be banned when im not even online? Also im pretty sure i didnt create any offensive signs that were rascist. All i did yesterday was create things for your server and post them on to your threads, so I could continue to make things for your server. If you can could you please get back to me with evidence of me, Baby BLacky, for rascism. THANK YOU.

A couple days ago, I kicked you for saying the n-word. You came back, and continued to troll, while calling people "n-word" and trolling with that. I was confused as to what to do, so I just let it be. Yesterday though, a player told me that it is a banable offense, so I went and banned you. The N-word is a very offensive word, especially on our server.

That doesnt seem fair though that you just ban me out of the blue for something i was muted and kicked for. That was also a joke and i stopped, so you ban me a couple days later. In my opinion thats not fair and considering that day i built structures and put in hard work for the server. I was not trolling either me and the pyro guy were kidding around and we built a structure after that. I admit to saying the n-word and actually saying n-word, but you make it seem like I was calling "people" as in more than 1 when the whole time I wasnt even talking to you halfzip I was talking to somebody with the name of pyro.

Doesn't matter who you were talking to. It's still offensive. And pyro didn't act like he was joking. I am responsible for helping moderate this server, so it doesn't matter if you weren't talking to me.

That was my fault for not banning you when it happened. Clearly you stopped, but you have to realize that it doesn't matter if you were joking or not, it's offensive. Therefore, you were banned.

I'm going to step over here real quick and say something since we are talking about what's fair and what isn't. What isn't fair is you coming in for a ban appeal and not being understanding about a situation that someone some where might have made a mistake. what isn't fair is you coming in here and trying to tell us the rules when clearly you haven't read them, as it CLEARLY states that ANY racism is not allowed. I am not here to make any decision as that falls on halfzip. I just felt the need to point out something that was really bugging me. I'll leave now sorry halfzip I know this is your ban appeal.
