Xraptor, are we going to have our own hq? Or a barracks in the hub? Or anything like that? I think if we could have a barracks in the hub, full of weapons and armor, that would be cool, we could meet up there when u call us to arms or when someone needs our help transporting they could come to the barracks??? Just thought I would throw that idea out there, thought it was a good one.

We will have an HQ in the WorldHub.

Completing it will be first on our to-do list.

Ok, will the hq have supplies for the guards? Like armor, swords, maybe some bows and arrows???
Also, once we get genrals will they also have there own offices?

No, Raptor, Vorsprung, and I spoke about this, and it would be too costly. And General is not high enough of a rank to have an office in the WorldHub.

@DutchCheese: People should seek other means of communication than text if they get confused by more than 3 sentences.

@lacar: I totally see the point, they're trying to make. BUT I'm absolutely not OK, with the way they arrogate themselves the function to decide when "everybody on the server" approves a grief. Considering their decision to put that passus in their constitution, I don't feel like we're dealing with the wisest of fellows here. So their decisionmaking about who's a bad guy is likely not going to be the best, either. To be blunt: They are by no means qualified to make such judgement.
In fact I find it adorable, almost ridiculous what they're trying to pull off here. As I already stated, such action will never be necessary the way it's menat to, since admins tend to react real quick lately. But IF it's going to happen, I predict it's going to happen not more than once (getting through more than one appeal is pretty unlikely). So you'd rather scratch it from your constitution.
I'm just putting this out here.

I didn't come up with the idea about 'locking off towns' or anything. I've been desperately been about keeping the Federation as a benevolent force. The WorldGuard is primarily focused with protecting goods on trade routes and protecting Federated towns from grief.

Whilst they will strive to help everyone in general, we certainly are not enforcing server rules; we are just enforcing Federation rules over Federation towns. In fact, that's a stretch. We don't want to cause any trouble - if a Federated town does something that's against the Federation rules - then so be it. We'll be nice about it, and if they won't be reasonable, then we'll simply just cut off the town in question from the Federation.

The last thing we want to do is make people unhappy. I don't want any empirical shit.

Now, can we just get back on topic?

I try my best to be professional.

Jeezuz, it seems to me that every time I go to sleep, a shitstorm has erupted on the server.

Let's sum it up, Pyro style:
The blocking-off town idea is scrapped. I don't know how it came about, but can we all just take everything with a bit of salt.
The WorldGuard will only be concerned with Federation business. Of course, if outsiders want our help, then they're free to it.
More than anything, I want the Federation to be a kindly body, and non-dominative.

Ahh....
I wish I could answer things better. Damn, sore fingers.

And Dein, in the future, I'd be a tad more tactful. You've said some harsh stuff about Xraptor and myself, not to mention the Federation. We'll let it slide - chalk it up to experience.

Forgive and forget.

TL;DR?

I changed the punishment system.

Federation cities that break Federation rules are removed from the Federation, and chaotic towns looking to cause only unhappiness will be reported by the entire WorldGuard to Wooty.

We are not the server police, we are the Federation protectors.

The original post now talks about factions.

It does not go too in-depth about the topic, but it at least mentions it, and shows you how to apply your faction to be a part of the WorldGuard.

If you have any questions, PM me.

If it's not to much trouble can u change the faction woodkeep militia to woodkeep guard? That's what it actaully is called, but if it's to much trouble you don't have to
