This is the type of stuff certnz was saying to me (see attachment). Certnz did not have permission to build where he did. I showed him where his plot was and he built on another plot entirely. However, this was not the reason I kicked certnz out. He was getting himself involved in a personal matter between wolf and I. Wolf and I had a disagreement which resulted in me kicking wolf from the town. At that time certnz proceeded to call me names, so i kicked him as well. I was not going to grab his items for fear of being banned for stealing from "his" chest. I also had to go because it was late and I had class in the morning. I have asked a couple people what to do about this situation and they have explained that I should use the /plot set perm destroy on while they are near the plot to get their items. I do not need his 4 pieces of wood and bed (he had a little more, it's just the point though). I have been on for over 6 hours today and have been waiting for certnz so he may retrieve his things but he has not logged on. I have and will not touch the plot until he logs on and gathers his items on his own.

p.s. cords of signs are -132,-255 if you wanted to see who posted them. I personally believe that these signs fall under the "Causing unhappiness is a bannable offense" exception rule.
