Does anyone know of an animation program and/or a video editing program that is under $70 which has as many or near to as many features as Adobe After Effects?
I want to make some intros for youtube segments and my godfathers son wants to make video effects.

Its about 30 dollars above your price tag but it does just about everything the 600 dollar version does minus the extra plugins and masking.
