Avatar Error

I don't know if I'm the only one having this problem, but everytime I try changing my avatar I get this message.

If anyone knows anyway around this, that would be wonderful. Also, if we were given forewarning that something like this was gonna happen, well then shame on me for not reading it and /thread immediately.

I asked for help and everyone told me to use imgur to host the images. I still miss just uploading it to T9k, It was so fast and easy.
