Band Review: CAKE

Truly one of my favorite bands. CAKE does 90's Alternative Rock so perfectly. Each song is fantastically written and just fun to listen to. They have a distinct bass and trumpet distinction in each of their songs. Their lead singer John McCrea voice has a half sung, half talked voice in each of the songs which marries perfectly with the ascetic of each of their songs. I especially like this because I can sing along without looking like a complete fool. But enough of my jabbering, here is some music.
