Banned?

When I try to log in I get "Internal client error: java .net connectionException: Connection refused".

I don't know if I'm banned.

If I am banned, I know I have been trouble in the past but I've tried to make up for it with being apologetic and trying to help out the community in game with any questions they have asked me.

Could I please be unbanned if I am banned as I want to move forwards with this community and send it backwards.
