Hey, it's me, again. Been a while since last time I pitched a city. Some have been successful, some not so much. But if you know my work you will know that my city planning is boss. My next ambition is a city in the middle of the desert with casinos, based on Las Vegas, but more so on Las Venturas from San Andreas.
So why build your massive casino at Las Ventra (Las Vagina for teh lulz)
A highly populated city is situated nearby and our city will offer prime real estate for tourism options ensuring that your builds will be visited.
Our fast and efficient council (Me) will go to all ends to create a full city feeling around your casino, utilizing state of the art transit technologies (Minecart subway, ooh flash), city beautification techniques and an array of public facilities.
Having a 'Tourism Team' will continually make things fun in the city.
Also a gambling system for credits and items will be introduced (somehow)
Living in Las Ventra...
Not only does Las Ventra cater to the Casino Moguls, but you can also set up a nice house in suburbia. The city offers a range of residential options, from a downtown flats to up market mansions near the northern beaches.

AS of yet I am still trying to raise capitol to start the city, so until that time I am held up gathering resources and credit. If you wish to get on the council board, please let me know.
With my perfectionist nature, I am expecting extravagant casinos and hotels to be built within LV, so designing your builds first is a must. Each casino must have gaming floors, reception, hotel rooms and bars and function areas. As this is a modern build, colour and brightness is the main theme. Coloured Wool will be our main resource.
