Castle Story is a castle building game made by game developers François Alain and Germain Couët, owners of a new game company called Sauropodstudios.
The game is about building a castle using fat yellow minions known as "Bricktrons". To build a castle, you first place planks on the ground called stockpiles, then order your Bricktrons to make a mine to gather some stone. They will then place the stone in the stockpiles. You can then create "phantom blocks" to make an outline of how your castle should look like, and order your Bricktrons to follow the outline and build your castle! There are of course, other rescources such as wood and crystals used for different purposes. You then defend your castle against monsters when you're done. These are some of the gameplay videos:
A prototype has been released for you to play, and the game is already very fun even in prototype form IMO. What do you think about the game?
