CHAT ISSUE! HELP!

Ok hai. As you know, I'm kittykate975 or kitty . Anyways, I need like a tech wizard or something . My chat is stuck on local chat and I don't even know how!!! No, I'm not constantly typing /l everytime. I mean whenever I try to type, it immediatly goes to local only! It's so annoying and I don't know how to fix it! I can't even type in help! PLEASE HELP MEH!!!!!!

I have somewhat of the opposite issue. While I can manually type /l each time, I can't focus local by typing "/ch l." Global, however, works fine.

/global seemed only to give me the info. Anyway you think i can change it to that?
