Since no one ever answered you, since they are relatively the same level of card, Nvidia....always.

I actually prefer AMD over NVIDIA as AMD tends to have higher memory and can be easily overclocked to pass the nvidia clock speed. Also, AMD cards don't need to be upgraded as often as NVIDIA cards.
