Voice actress Christine Cavanaugh died December 22. She was 51. Cavanaugh is best remembered for her voice acting work as Dexter in Cartoon Network's Dexter's Laboratory, and Chuckie in Nickelodeon's Rugrats. She had retired from Voice acting in 2001 to be closer with her family. The cause of her death is unknown. The story can be found here.
