Haven't found a monitor quite yet, so throw a suggestion in or two.

Have you considered a solid state hard drive? Sure right now they are expensive, but they pack a lot of speed and, having virtually no mechanical components, they are as reliable as memory sticks (technically, that's what they are). If nothing else, you can wait 2 or 3 years for the price to come down.
 
No joke, I have the almost same exact build here in my bookmarks.

Everything looks pretty good. If you are gonna game with this bad boy, consider a SSD (along with a big hard drive). They are many times faster than HDDs, but the only drawback is that they are expensive.

Also, any type of memory, especially hard drives, is 3x more expensive than it was a year ago due to flooding in Thailand. (They make most of the hard drives in the world).

So keep this all in mind.
