I am a part of the Green Party and I'm extremely offended!
Also remember that eventually Waffleville was released from Cydonia's grip because of a treaty after a while.
 
I can safely say Waffleville was a joke.

My crappy sand fort with Juco was better.
 
The taxes for large plots outside the railway ring was just to keep people from claiming huge parts of land. The inner part of the city allowed for smaller, but free plots.
